All shipping costs are based on the dollar value of your purchase and your location within South Australia. You can view the cost of each shipping method for your order on the selection page of the checkout.

Please contact info@theergocentre.com.au for any interstate (NT, VIC, ACT, NSW, WA, TAS) orders.

For metro SA, we estimate 1-3 business days for delivery. For regional SA and Interstate, we estimate 5-7 business days for delivery. ACEIT and RED provide reliable and prompt service and require a signature on delivery. You may also provide alternative delivery instructions at the time of purchase/order (e.g. ‘Please leave at back door’, or ‘Deliver to Wendy at reception’).

If the residence/business is unattended or the courier deems it unsafe to leave the goods, a notification card will be left. If this is the case you will need to call RED or The Ergo Centre directly to arrange a suitable time for re-delivery at a later date. The Ergo Centre and their affiliated Courier Services cannot be held responsible for any parcels left unsigned.

We can also issue a Proof of Delivery upon your request. Simply contact info@theergocentre.com.au to arrange this.

Lead time

The Ergo Centre endeavour to process, pick up and despatch your order within 1-3 business days of the order being received. Normal business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ACST (excluding public holidays in South Australia or place of delivery).

Please note our custom made items may require a longer delivery time. These extended times will be included in the order confirmation. The Ergo Centre makes every effort to deliver products in accordance with estimated delivery dates; however estimated dates may change due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes, closures, freight delays, etc.).

The Ergo Centre only delivers within Australia and cannot deliver to any overseas addresses.
