Trial Terms andConditions

CONDITIONS FOR TRIAL EQUIPMENT

Please be aware you take out responsibility for the normal care of this new equipment and will be responsible for any loss or damage to it, or its accessories.

Equipment must be returned to The Ergo Centre in its packaging, in the same condition in which it was supplied. The trial period is 5 DAYS ONLY, the time limit commencing from date of collection.

The user of trial equipment is required to notify The Ergo Centre of a decision to either retain or return the goods. If equipment is retained with NO RESOLVE and beyond 10 days the goods become subject to billing for payment and may be non-returnable.

Our technicians can perform on-site chair audits that can help your business with their WH&S duty of care. A detailed report on each chair can be provided, advising repair/replacement requirements and areas of potential risk.

Repairs and servicing can then be organised with our technicians attending onsite if required.
